The customer browsed the app to pick what they wanted.
Shipping options
Delivery windows ranged from about 45 minutes to 6 hours; price varied by time of day. Rates were shown in the app.
Direct link or social login
A supplier or friend could send a deep link, or the customer signed in with Facebook, Google, or Microsoft and filled in delivery details.
Pay on delivery
Cash or card. Payment was not taken inside the app — it happened at handoff.
Delivery
Notify the supplier
After confirmation, the supplier and dispatch center were notified.
Assign a courier
A courier was assigned by proximity, shipping type, and availability.
Pick up
The courier collected the goods; the supplier signed in the app; the customer saw progress.
Deliver
The customer inspected, paid, signed, and could rate the service.
